We exist for the health and well-being of mainly retired men although membership is open to all. We are a registered charity that provides a place where members can work by themselves or in cooperation with others on projects of their choice, or on projects that benefit the community.
We provide a place for members to share tools and resources, and a place to learn new skills. Members have a wide range of skills and experience to offer and can provide assistance with your project or they may need a helping hand themselves.
It's also a place where members can just come for a chat and a cuppa.
We are committed to having truly inclusive membership but, for legal reasons, we are unable to accept members under 18 years of age.
We are now in a position to open the shed five days a week but Coronavirus concerns mean it is unclear whether we will be able to do that. You can ring the shed to find out if we're open on 023 9400 5160.
